Jenn Sterger, the woman Brett Favre allegedly sent naughty below the belt photos to, has a hired a lawyer. She has made no comment and has said she will be cooperative with the investigation into Brett’s behavior. She has hired LaRusso and Conway to help her along with the process.
They’re being semi-cryptic about what that may involve. Lawyer Joseph Conway said Wednesday his firm will advise Jenn “and pursue any potential remedies that may exist.”
Brett has been going through questioning. He spoke with an NFL security official about not only his naughty photos, but also voice mails he left Jenn two years ago.
NFL vice president for security Milt Ahlerich will create a report from the interview with Favre, and that material will be reviewed by other league officials involved in this investigation, league sources told ESPN’s Ed Werder. Based on what they find others, like the two Jets team massge therapists Brett allegedly hit on, may be questioned.
