Bristol Palin Dancing With the Stars: The new Sajaya?

Remember a few years ago when that annoying ponyhawked singer Sanjaya Malakar finished in seventh place on “American Idol” because people thought it would be funny to vote for the worst? Well, it seems we’re seeing something similar with Bristol Palin’s “Dancing With the Stars” experience.

People are once again voting for someone who does not deserve to win, and it really brings up the question, should you vote for the person you like the best or the person who is the best performer? Because I can see how you’d like Bristol – she’s sweet, she’s improved a lot (though she’s still NOT good), she’s clearly tough, and how can you not love a girl who insisted on playing football in junior high?

But then it results in someone as talented as Brandy Norwood getting booted off “DWTS” season 11, which is just annoying. What do you think – putting that whole Tea Party voting controversy aside, should you vote for your favorite or vote for the best?
