Bristol Palin vs. Levi Johnston: Who Wants Fame More? (Video)

Levi Johnston vs. Bristol Palin Since they called off their engagement, Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin each have something lined up, career-wise. But in a battle of Bristol vs. Levi, who wants fame more?

Levi Johnston appeared on CBS’ The Early Show today to talk about his upcoming reality show and run for mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. Seriously? This guy thinks he has a chance at a mayoral run without a high school diploma or any experience?

In the interview, Levi Johnston says “I don’t think being mayor is about qualifications. I think it’s about people liking you and believing in you.” Is he delusional? Chances are, no – he knows he won’t win the election, but isn’t it a nice hook for a reality show and a chance to keep that 15 minutes of fame moving along?

Bristol Palin isn’t exactly fading into the background either, with the announcement that she’ll be a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, it looks like she’s got her eye on celebrity too.

But who wants fame more? Bristol or Levi?

I’m going with Levi on this one, because, honestly, I think he’ll whore himself out for anything and everything that comes his way he’s already posed for Playgirl, appeared in a music video, and now, has his own reality series.

Levi, however, says “I don’t think I’m any more obsessed with making a career out of this than she is. Obviously she’s doing Dancing with the Stars. I wouldn’t say I’m obsessed with any of it. I’m just taking it as it comes.”

Levi’s only regret in this whole thing? He wished he hadn’t apologized to the Palin family ” ’cause it kind of makes me sound like a liar. And I’ve never lied about anything. So that’s probably the only thing. The rest of the stuff I can live with.”

Anyone else feeling like their son, Tripp, is getting a raw deal out Bristol and Levi’s need to be famous?
