Britney Spears has no doubt been working hard on her diet and exercise, but what are her secrets to slimming down?
Brit’s former trainer, Marc Corliss, spills the beans about how he helped her get toned in less than a month.
Corliss tells HollywoodLife.com that Britney Spears’ bikini body is due to a healthy diet and consistent exercise. Corliss comments, “There are no shortcuts to anything. Britney goes after what she wants. She’s a hard worker. Plus, I’m sure her diet is on point as well.”
Corliss recommends cardio, strength training and proper nutrition to obtain that Brit physique, explaining, “It obviously has to be a combo of all of it. You can’t have success if you’re missing a piece of the puzzle. The best thing to do is interval training, like a quick sprint and then go back to resistance training, like push ups or squats.”
Corliss adds that five days a week of workouts is recommended, with each session lasting about 45 minutes.
