Her Pilates instructor has probably altered her workout routine a bit to ensure the safety of the baby while Hilary is pregnant, but she’s no doubt still keeping her muscles long and lean.
Exercising regularly during pregnancy usually makes it easier for women to bounce back after delivery, so odds are good that Hilary will have her pre-baby body back in no time after her child is born.
