Cannes: 10 Best Dressed... So Far! Jessica Biel to Nicole Kidman(Photos)Sunny Chanel
It Cannes time, a time with movie stars from all over the world hit the red carpet and walk up the legendary stairs to premieres from the US to France and beyond. And while the Cannes goers are watching the movies, we here at home are watching what they are wearing. Cannes is known for being a place where the stars really shine wearing gowns that are fashion forward, that stand out and that very much make a statement. We’ve seen a whole lot of fashion over the last four days and we’ve picked our 10 favorite dresses…so far. Check them out right here:
Jessica Biel 1 of 10
Jessica Biel's dress it a risky choice. It's a bit odd, slightly unusual but she looks so fantastic in it that it becomes a home run. Her Marchesa dress has swan like appearance at the bottom and a embroidered top that seemed almost string like. But she wore it in a royal way, not sure if it would look as stunning on someone else.
Doutzen Kroes 2 of 10
Model Doutzen Kroes wore a pure white simple backless gown which hugged her slim figure. She really did look stunning in the gown.
Freida Pinto 3 of 10
Freida Pinto had a retro vibe circa the 1920's in her beaded Sanchita gown. It was a mature choice for her but the high slit on the side made the more conservative cut a bit more saucy.
Cindy Crawford 4 of 10
Super model Cindy Crawford was another one who went with white, and she really did look incredibly gorgeous and sexy in her Cavalli gown.
Nicole Kidman 5 of 10
Nicole Kidman's Christian Dior Couture dress looked like a piece of pop art. It's quirky, bright, fun and looked fabulous on her.
Solange Knowles 6 of 10
Not many could pull off wearing this Stéphane Rolland Couture sheer gown, but Solange totally can, and did. And I love the natural 'fro and simple make up. A beautiful package altogether.
Fan Bingbing 7 of 10
Although it appears that Fan Bingbing's Louis Vuitton gown got hit with some water, she still looked stunning. That shade of green was a wonderful contrast to her skin tone.
Isla Fisher 8 of 10
Isla Fisher's bright red layered Oscar de la Renta was very traditional but also dreamy and completely gorgeous.
Emma Watson 9 of 10
Emma Watson looked all grown up in her black and white Chanel gown. It's simple, understated and very sexy.
Nicole Kidman…Again 10 of 10
Nicole Kidman made the list not once but twice, in her second red carpet appearance she wore a beaded blue gown that almost had a tropical vibe to it.
