Having to diet and lose weight is never fun.  It is even less fun when you get to do it in the glare of the public eye.

Carrie Fisher is the latest celebrity mom to reveal her dramatic weight loss.  The Star Wars actress showed off her new slim figure on this morning’s episode of Today.  Thanks to the Jenny Craig program, Carrie was able to drop fifty pounds and she’s not the only celebrities to sing the program’s praises.  Kirstie Alley, Valerie Bertinelli and Sara Rue all shed the pounds eating the custom meals.  Other celebrities have turned to Weight Watchers, tv weight loss programs, and even surgery to get slim.
