Casey Anthony offered $1 million for Jerry Springer Show?
After Casey Anthony was found not guilty, speculation started swirling over whether she could become a very rich woman for selling her story, writing a book, and sitting for interviews.
Let’s say that people who are unhappy with the verdict are none too pleased that Casey Anthony could now rake in some serious dough.
Now comes a rumor that The Jerry Springer Show has offered Casey Anthony $1 million to appear on the talk show – that is, if she and her family all appear.
Jerry Springer Show execs have shot down the rumor, with a spokesman issuing this statement: “There is absolutely no truth to this story whatsoever. The Jerry Springer Show has not made any monetary offer to Casey Anthony and her family to appear on the program, nor will we.”
Of course, Star magazine first reported the million dollar offer, claiming that “the offer was made to Casey’s defense team Friday. They are interested. The should would get huge ratings. The family will be presented with the offer shortly.”
Yeah, you have to consider the source.
Still, Casey Anthony won’t whither into the woodwork. Someone will be paying big bucks for her first media appearance… and no doubt it won’t end with just one interview.
