Brooke Burke wore shorts to her book signing earlier this year, and since it was before the summer months hit, she paired black shorts with black tights and some super cute boots. The silky sleeveless blouse in vibrant blue is a nice contrast to the all black on the lower half and really dresses up the outfit.
