As if Charlie Sheen didn’t have enough on his plate with the cancellation of Two and a Half Men, now the actor has to deal with accusations of being an anti-semite!
Sheen referred to Men creator Chuck Lorre as “Chaim Levine,” the Hebrew translation of his birth name. And many have been taking that as a slam against the Jewish religion.
Charlie, doing what he does best, reached out to the press with this response.
“I was referring to Chuck by his real name, because I wanted to address the man, not the bulls**t TV persona…So you’re telling me, anytime someone calls me Carlos Estevez, I can claim they are anti-Latino?”
Apparently Chuck Lorre’s birth name is Charles Levine.
Sheen seems to be digging his own grave and I have to wonder if he’ll ever be able to get out. What do you think?
