Jennifer Lopez Scandal?

Her ex-husband Ojani Noa is at it again.

This time, Jennifer took him and his agent Ed Meyer to court to stop their purported release and marketing attempt of JLo’s “deviant” behavior in public during the couple’s short-lived marriage.

“JLo is riding a scooter in public in Cuba, while talking to the camera and numerous by-standers, with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Brittany Spears and Lindsay Lohan have in the past,” said Ed Meyer, a rep for Noa said.

“This is among other nudity on her part in the now 21 hours of home movies, that we have so far recovered.”

The ex and his agent are producing and marketing for sale a feature film about their rocky marriage.  They are pretty pathetic looking for other ways to make money!

Will the mom of twins win the court battle?

In a document filed in California Court of Appeal on November 17, Meyer said that in Noa’s home videos, Jennifer gave her full consent to him taping her.  It also said that Noa and his agent never intended to market the R-rated scenes from the home videos.  “The movie may or may not integrate “G” rated scenes from Noa’s own Home Videos, or possibly the “G” rated scenes from Noa’s own Home Videos may be marketed separately as a “fan friendly” Home Video DVD Collection.”

Lopez is claiming Noa and filmmaker Meyer are violating an injunction blocking the release on the basis that the video is private and personal.

This is another in a long line of legal battles over explicit video the couple took during their short time together.  They married in 1997 with the marriage lasting just 11 months.  Last year, Jennifer was able to stop Noa from distributing a sex tape.
