Elin Nordegren & Tiger Woods Divorce Details: Girlfriends Not Allowed Around The Kids

Elin Nordegren is getting the biggest pay out in the history of celebrity divorces, netting herself a whopping $750 million dollars. After all she had to go through, she deserves it.

Elin will get sole custody of the kids, but they will share legal custody. Tiger will be able to see them up to half of each week, but Elin seems to think it won’t be that often.  “Elin admits that despite everything, Tiger loves his kids and has been a decent dad,” a source tells FOX News. “She is confident he will not pursue seeing the children that much, due to his work and lifestyle.”

Elin also made sure to set up a rule in the settlement that will ensure her children are kept away from whatever women (plural) Tiger begins seeing after the divorce. He is banned from letting girlfriends near their daughter Sam and son Charlie, in what has to be the smartest move ever.  I’d love to give Tiger the benefit of the doubt and think that rehab changed him and he won’t be out cavorting, and if he is then he wouldn’t bring the women around the kids, but after everything he has done, he clearly has zero judgement.

“Elin is desperate to protect the children from the womanizing side of their father,” says a source.

If he marries again, then his new wife will be allowed near the children.

In return Elin has vowed she will remain silent about his philandering ways.  “Tiger’s main fear is her telling her story after he’s rebuilt his reputation, sending him back to the gutter…The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life — even if Tiger dies first — or she’ll lose the lot.”
