Happy couple Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne were spotted leaving San Lorenzo restaurant in London hand-in-hand.

Liz has been guest starring recently in the latest season of the CW’s “Gossip Girl” and spotted on set several times.

The actress and model is engaged to Australian cricket player Shane Warne.  Her son Damian will have a new step-father.

Warned popped the question and Liz then tweeted the news:

“Thanks for all your congratulations. Here’s a pic of us about to go to Dunhill dinner in St Andrews,” she tweeted with the photo, left.
