Faith Evans Ends Marriage, Seeks Sole Custody Of Children

faith evans

Faith Evans wants divorce and sole custody of children.

Faith Evans, widow of Biggie Smalls, is looking to end her 14-year marriage to record company exec Todd Russaw, who also happens to be her manager.

Evans filed legal docs in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Surprise, surprise.

Evans and Russaw were married in 1997 and have two children together. According to the papers, Evans cited their separation date as 2005, but one of their children was born in 2007. Hmm, very fishy!

Faith is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody, and she wants Todd to have visitation rights. Faith also wants the judge to reject any claim of spousal support.

How do you feel about Evans filing their separation date as 2005 and having a child in 2007?
