From the look of these new ads for Hope Lingerie, you would never guess that Gisele gave birth just five months ago. Her super model genes defy the laws of human biology. I think she may be in better form than before she got pregnant.
As with all people who are perfect, Gisele had no problem widdling away her waist. She continued regular exercise up until her son Benjamin was born. “I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week,” she told the April issue of Vogue.
What else did she do while pregnant to ensure the extra flab would vanish post-pregnancy?
She was “mindful” about food. “I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals,” she said.
Is it wrong for me to not only be jealous, but also kind of pissed?
It’s not like I want Gisele to be fat, but couldn’t she of posed with a little bit of leftover bump just to let the world know that it’s normal and beautiful? Or admit it’s hard to shed the weight after birth? At least she could fess up that sometimes, even when being super careful about what kind of food you are putting in your body while the baby is in there, sometime you just don’t want, but absolutely need to have gummy bears smashed on a plate with crushed M&Ms and whip cream. You just can’t deny that a craving must be obeyed. I’m not even pregnant and I think I may need to go make that.
