Giuliana Rancic receives the Beautiful Humanitarian Award (Photos)

I love when we hear happy news from Giuliana Rancic — and love seeing her so happy!

E! News host and frequent face on Fashion Police, Giuliana was presented with the PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award for her work with multiple charitable organizations including Bright Pink, Operation Smile, Dress for Success, Mercy Home for Boys & Girls in Chicago and the Children’s Miracle Networks.

The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is the best in hair — from the best stylist, best make up artist, best in contemporary and Avant Garde — this year marked their 23rd year of these awards.

NO pressure or anything, but being the host and a special guest for the best in hair stylists, she kinda has to have amazing hair, which she pulls off.

She looks great in this silky black dress. A little short for my tastes, but she has the legs to pull if off.
