Grace Potter, Katy Perry, Kathy Griffin on 'VH1 Divas'

By Michelle Lamar |

kathy-griffin-vh1-divasGrace Potter, Katy Perry, Kathy Griffin and others rocked out on VH1 Divas Salute the Troops. Grace Potter and the Nocturnals and Katy Perry were big news last night because of the VH1 Divas Salute the Troops concert in Miramar, California. The concert took place on Friday, Dec. 3, but aired last night on VH1.

VH1 Divas Salute the Troops was presented by the USO and Kathy Griffin was the Diva in Charge. Grace Potter and the Nocturnals played back-up for Heart, who stole the show by singing their 70′s hit “Crazy on You”. The V1 Diva concert showed the world that years of rocking out have only made the ladies of Heart more awesome!

Katy Perry wore several patriotic and sexy outfits for her performance and the singer was all over the TV last night.   Katy’s performance on the VH1 Divas Salute the Troops aired (on VH1) and she guest-starred on the Christmas episode of The Simpsons, as the girlfriend of Moe the bartender.

Kathy Griffin showed off her new skinny bod and got into some trouble for calling Bristol Palin fat.  In other words, it was a normal night for the controversial funny lady. Did you watch the concert? Great cause, fabulous divas!
