We here at Babble had a flurry of bump watch posts in regards to Gwyneth Paltrow recently. We weren’t sure if there was a bun in the oven or perhaps it was just the case of an unflattering fit of her ensembles. But now it appears that it’s just that a case of her fluctuating weight. Her trainer Tracy Anderson recently spoke out saying…to UsMagazine.com that, “She has her moments where she goes up a little, but we get her right back down.” And her recent weight gain was reportedly for the film Love Don’t Let Me Down where Gwyneth “pigged out” on ice cream sundaes and fried chicken to put on the pounds.
Gwyneth has since supposedly slimmed down by working out an hour-and-a-half a day, doing dance cardio and what Gwyneth called a “terrifically difficult leg series.” Then she followed a strict diet for five days that included kale juice and really low-carb vegan wraps.
