Halle Berry-Gabriel Aubry Custody Battle Heats Up

By MariaLianos |

Halle Berry and daughter Nahla

There doesn’t seem to be a break in the custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry.

Things seem to be heating up between before the former couple over their three-year-old daughter, Nahla.

Berry’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, has filed legal papers asking the judge to hold Aubry in contempt for allegedly violating the custody deal according to TMZ.

The actress and male model have been involved in a heated battle over Nahla for months.

Will they ever be able to reach a level of amicability for the sake of their daughter?

We’ve seen both of them photographed with their daughter – separately of course.  But they both appear to be hands-on parents.

We hope they can put their differences aside for Nahla’s sake!

Halle sure deserves a break after also getting a restraining order against an obsessed fan!
