Heidi Klum Leaves a Birthday Party with Her Kids Henry, Lou and Johan (Photos)

Here she is again, looking effortlessly flawless!

Heidi Klum was spotted out with her children leaving a birthday party in New York City. At 39-years-old she is still looking young and happy as she spends some time with three of her kids.

Her hair up in a quick bun and some perfect red lipstick completes her navy outfit and some flat sandles. Her kids look well-dressed as always and happy as can be!
