Beyonce? She looks amazing. The new mom was spotted at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan and was there to support hubby Jay-Z in his concert to benefit The United Way of New York City and his Shawn Carter Foundation.

Beyonce had baby Blue Ivy just FOUR WEEKS ago, but she looked slim and trim in a figure hugging dress. So how did she lose that baby weight so fast?

    Beyonce's trainer Jeanette Jenkins took about the post baby work out saying that after the doctor's okay that a, "weekly workout regimen should include all of the components of fitness — cardio, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance — for overall functional health and fitness and for maximum results."
