Bachelor alum Melissa Rycroft has always been envied for her amazingly svelte figure, and judging by how quickly she seems to be losing her baby weight since giving birth to daughter, Ava, a few months ago, it seems nothing has changed.
How did Melissa Rycroft lose the baby weight? Was it as hard for her as it is for most moms? Melissa credits getting her pre-baby body back to eating a healthy diet, and of course, the classic Hollywood excuse, “trying to keep up with her kid.”

With regards to pregnancy pounds, Melissa says, “It’s not easy trying to lose baby weight no matter how much or little you gained! You never know how your body is going to react, and you don’t know what’s going to happen. You just kind of have to take the card that you’re dealt.”
I don’t know about you, but Melissa Rycroft definitely had a better hand than me. Why didn’t someone deal me her cards right after I had my son?
