I think I can speak for all of us when I say diets blow big time (I’m sitting here fantasizing about eating an extra egg white, for goodness sake). But if you want to lose weight like the stars, it’s a cinch – the Cinch Diet, that is. This weight loss plan actually requires you to eat chocolate, which is a little like saying Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal’s relationship was not creepy – it’s very hard to believe.
Yep, chocolate every day, insists Cynthia Sass, the dietitian who came up with the plan. She’s detailed it on “The Rachael Ray Show” and “The Early Show.” So how does the Cinch Diet work?
There’s no counting calories, points or ounces. Instead, you assemble your meals based on five different food groups: produce, whole grain, lean protein, plant-based fat and SASS (Slimming and Satiating Seasonings).
Of course you do have to include them in the right combination – and no, you can’t eat a Hershey bar.
