For any new moms out there, you can try her theory of breast feeding your baby in order to drop pounds in a jiffy…though we’re pretty sure that her incredible genes had something to do with how she got her body back.
When mom Catherine Zeta-Jones wants to drop a few extra pounds, she has been known to follow the Atkins diet, which omits carbohydrates. This plan will help you lose weight very fast, but the minute you put so much as a saltine cracker back in your mouth, you’ll feel bloated and puffy again.
