How Tweet! New Pics From "Teen Moms" Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans, Maci Bookout and More! (Photos)

Kailyn Lowry and Isaac.

“My motivation.”

The caption says it all. Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry showed her Twitter fans the newest picture of the young man who’s the center of her life and the reason she puts in full hours at school and work – beautiful Isaac.

But of course Kail isn’t the only motivated TM – or the only one motivated to show off their latest pictures. We culled some of the best from their Twitter and FB accounts to give a boost to your early week (and tide you over till they post their next fun shots).

Here are some memorable images from Chelsea Houska, Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham, Leah Messer (courtesy of her girls’ grandfather) and Jenelle Evans!

Take a look and enjoy!

Sparkle!

Farrah Abraham's daughter, Sophia, looks cool in shades and what appears to be a harmonica. Her "shine comes natural," says Farrah.
