Is American Idol really issuing an apology tonight for new judge Steven Tyler’s behavior? If the rumor is true, they won’t disclose why the apology is necessary.
American Idol host Ryan Seacrest announced on his radio show today that there will be an apology at the beginning of the show. “There’s a black card that starts the show tonight,” Seacrest said. “It starts with, ‘American Idol would like to apologize for last week’s outrageous behavior by Steven Tyler…'”
Without giving any more details as to the exact behavior that he’s talking about, Seacrest did hint that only that viewers that had watched last week’s American Idol episode would know what the apology was for.
Is Seacrest just joking about the apology, or is he serious?
I guess we’re going to have to tune in tonight for the answer.
