The 30-year-old actor of the upcoming film Source Code confirmed this week that he was involved in a “scuffle” with a fan who tried to take his picture while he was using the bathroom at the SXSW Film Festival In Austin, Texas.
When asked to verify whether or not the incident happened, Gyllenhall says: “That’s true. I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that”. I for one agree with him on this point.
You can catch Ghyllenhall in the sci-fi thriller Source Code when it hits cinemas on April 1st. The movie, directed by Duncan Jones (son of David Bowie), has Gyllenhall starring opposite Michelle Monaghan. He plays a soldier, Captain Colter Stevens, who wakes up in the body of an unknown man. He soon realizes that he is part of a mission called ‘Source Code’. His mission? Find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train.
