Jake Pavelka Wishes Vienna Girardi The Best: Is He Trying To Redeem Himself?TheMommyologist
Who can forget Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi’s intense reunion at the Bachelor mansion right after their break up? Several things stick out in my mind from that interview…especially Vienna stomping off the set in tears after Jake yelled at her to stop interrupting him. Is it me, or does Jake seem to have a few anger management issues?
Don’t get me wrong, these two are both about as believable as O.J. Simpson when it comes to fighting rumors of Vienna cheating and Jake being a “fame whore”, but for some reason, I sided with Vienna after that show aired.
I honestly think that she was smart in getting out of that relationship when she did. Why do I have this feeling that she would’ve woken up in the middle of the night to find Jake standing over the bed staring at her with an evil grin on his face?
Jake is obviously feeling the repercussions of his little outburst on national television, and now it seems as though he’s making every attempt to redeem himself.
Although he initially tore Vienna apart for being a cheater, he now says that he is not holding a grudge against her. His exact words were, “I wish her great luck. I hope she goes out and breaks a million hearts. I think she has some pretty realistic goals in her life, and I wish her the absolute best. Hopefully she’ll find that guy that she can spend the next 60 years of life with.”
Um…does anyone else hear crickets chirping?
In my opinion, there’s only one reason that Jake would go from absolutely loathing Vienna to wishing her a life filled with happiness. Looks like his former fiancee was right, and he is truly a total “fame whore.”
It seems like Jake is making every effort he can to restore his image as the perpetual nice guy. But in a world where nice guys usually finish last, I’m guessing that Jake Pavelka’s time in the spotlight has about run its course.
Jake will get some more time on camera while guest starring in an episode of Drop Dead Diva on on Lifetime, but something tells me that his acting days are probably over. Will he go back to being a pilot once his 15 minutes of fame are up?
All I know is that if I ever board a plane and hear “Captain Pavelka” come on over the loudspeaker, I’ll make a break for it and wait for the next flight.
