Jennie Garth Talks Motherhood & Coaching Dove Finalist Kristi Herman

Earlier this afternoon, I had the pleasure of interviewing celeb mom Jennie Garth and Dove Close-Up Challenge finalist Kristi Herman.

As the finalist of the Dove-Close Up Challenge, Kristi Herman, a regular girl from New Jersey, got to fly out to Los Angeles and undergo a week of training with Dancing With The Stars pro Damian Whitewood. And if being flown to LA and treated like a star wasn’t awesome enough, Kristi had Jennie Garth by her side the entire time to give her tips and coaching to get ready for her big DWTS moment in the spotlight, which will air during one of the commercial breaks on tonight’s season finale.

Kristi gave me the scoop on what it was like to meet Jennie, train like a real Dancing With The Stars contestant, and be a celebrity for the week!

In addition to talking about the Dove Close-Up Challenge, I chatted with Jennie about how she manages to balance motherhood with her career. As a mom to three beautiful girls, Jennie said that no matter what, she always puts them first in her life. She added that she loves being a mom, and that it’s the best job out there!

Make sure to watch my interview with Jennie and Kristi in the video below to hear more…especially if you want to find out from Jennie what it’s like being married to one of Twilight’s hottest vampires. Yes…I dared to ask!

I told Kristi Herman that we’d all be cheering her on, so make sure to watch her big moment in the spotlight during the Dancing With The Stars season finale tonight!
