Jennifer Garner Switches from Water to Coffee After Spinning Class (Photos)

Staying healthy and fit is important – but treating yourself to a little something after a workout isn’t bad, either.

Busy as ever, Jennifer Garner took time from her schedule and her three kids to hit the gym in Santa Monica for a spin class. Afterward, still in her workout wear, she carried her water bottle across the street to the business district, where she popped into Starbucks for a hot drink (a little more caffeinated than H2O, I’d wager).

I have to admire anyone who can commit to regular exercise while still  juggling work and kids. Of course, it helps to have assistants and nannies, but it would be just as easy for Jen to blow off the gym and see a movie or get a facial instead. So more power to her for resisting temptation!

See her photos here.

Let's face it - no one really wants to be photographed after working up a sweat at the gym.
