Jennifer Hudson talked about childhood nutrition on GMA

Oscar winning actress, singer, and mommy Jennifer Hudson stopped by today’s Good Morning America/GMA to talk about the Weight Watchers Lose for Good program’s partnership with Share Our Strength.

Oh my word, doesn’t Jennifer Hudson look amazing? She says “Weight Watchers makes it easy… it’s a lifestyle.” Weight Watchers certainly has done well for Jennifer, who was just stunning during this GMA appearance (video). Jennifer Hudson and Chef Michael Anthony spoke about the programs and made a granola recipe together. The Share Our Strength organization seeks to eliminate child hunger, teaming with Weight Watchers, who will donate up to $700,000 as WW members lose weight.

We even get to sneak a peek at Jennifer’s one-year-old son, David that hair! What a cutie. Hudson noted that at age one, David is her exercise now!

Jennifer and the chef talked about the importance of breakfast for children, as studies have shown that if kids get a good breakfast, they do better in school.

Chef Michael Anthony says the “key to [healthy eating] is having fun… it has to be a priority and has to be fun.”
