Celeb mom Jennifer Hudson looks fabulous! She has lost over 80 pounds the healthy way.

Jennifer was criticized for her weight when she appeared on American Idol.  It was unhealthy habits developed in childhood that was the cause of her weight gain.

After her son was born, Jennifer Hudson really wanted to get healthy for him.

Her book, not yet titled, will talk about Jennifer’s journey from her childhood eating habits, to American Idol, to her Oscar win, and then to her first child and the decision to make a change in her lifestyle.
