Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss is another celebrity success story. Hudson has always been beautiful, but her recent Weight Watchers weight loss has revealed a more fit and glowing Jennifer. And she’s happy just the way she is.
How did Jennifer Hudson lose weight? Hudson’s weight loss can be credited to sticking to the Weight Watchers program and working out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. As a result, Hudson did a fair amount of size shrinking – from a size 16 down to 6.
Jennifer Hudson, who gave birth to a baby boy last August, recognizes that her weight loss is just right for her, telling InStyle, “I don’t want to lose any more weight, and you’re never going to see me skinny. I think this is a good, natural size for me.”
