If you’re a mother of twins, keeping the belly flat is a challenge. If you’re Jennifer Lopez, it’s double the pressure to look extra fit. While at a book event in NYC on Wednesday, Jennifer boasted to US magazine about her stomach exclaiming, “My abs are pretty flat for having twins!”
She admits she doesn’t work out everyday but when she does, she works hard at it. The activities she does to keep in shape? She boxes, uses the Stairmaster, bikes and does lots of lunges.
She added, “It’s about being consistent. That’s it.”
One thing she doesn’t want to change is her butt.
“It’s true I could serve coffee using my rear as a ledge, but I’m proud of my butt,” she said. “A dress shouldn’t look like a coat hanger. Skinny girls miss out.
