Jenny McCarthy, appearing to sport a new foot tattoo, bundles up on her way into the 'Today' show in New York CityWe were all a bit bored during the infamous Super Bowl blackout. My husband talked stats with some buddies, and I ate a couple more barbecue ribs. But Jenny McCarthy — she did something pretty wild during the game time down time. She got a tattoo!

Jenny McCarthy went on the Today Show to promote her new program, The Jenny McCarthy Show (which debuts Friday), and showed off her fresh ink. Earlier in the week she had tweeted, “What age should people stop getting tattoos?” It sounds like the answer was NOT 40, since she went out and got one. She tweeted a photo after the deed was done saying, “Got a new tattoo during half time black out. So excited 2 b wearing heels on The Today Show this morning. Ouch.” And that wasn’t her only pain. She also tweeted, “Cramps on press tour. Doing Kathy lee and Hoda next. Hoping they have a heating pad and Whisky. Wait… Of course they will have Whisky.”

One thing for sure, she’s one funny gal! Check out her tattoo below:
