Jesse James' Ex Janine Lindemulder: Sandra Bullock Doesn't Care About Sunny

Jesse James and his ex-wife, former porn star Janine Lindemulder, are back in court today as part of the on-going custody battle over Sunny James.

Janine, who served prison time (for tax evasion) and had a subsequent stay at a halfway house, has recently started playing dirty. She publicly claimed that Jesse is trying to spike her food and drink so that she will have an unclean drug test.

Jesse is planning a move to Texas and that has Janine, who lives in California,  worried she will never be able to see her daughter. In court papers filed recently, Janine claims that Jesse’s “reasons” for wanting to move to Texas with Sunny are “wholly unjustified” and that his reason for moving is “so his children could continue their relationship with Sandra Bullock” who now lives in Austin.

Janine then goes on to claim that they should not be allowed to move because Sandra doesn’t care about Sunny, reports TMZ.

Janine points to Sandra’s recent move to California, stating, “Certainly if that relationship were that important to Sandra, she would have stayed in California — where all of [Jesse’s] children lived.”

Based on this, Janine wants the judge to rule that “[Jesse] not be allowed to move to Texas with Sunny.”

If you ask me, this is a weak case. Sandra had to move from California. With the paparazzi and media surrounding her in the midst of the Jesse James’ scandal, it was not safe for her and her new baby Louis. It’s not that she didn’t care, but that she had to do what was best for her child.
