Jesse James' House For Sale: A Look Inside

Jesse James is selling the beachfront Orange County, California home he shared with Sandra during their nearly five year marriage. The reason? To get away from the endless stream of photogs stalking him and his family.

“Jesse is selling his home because he wants to have more privacy,” a pal tells PEOPLE. “Sunny even asks if the paparazzi will be waiting outside the house when she is about to go to school.”

How sad is that? Remember how nervous you were on yearbook picture day? I can’t imagine having that all the time. Stress. Plus, you know, there’s that whole damage to her still-forming identity, the fact that she is facing a rough period right now and doesn’t need old men with cameras screaming in her face, the invasion of her privacy, etc, thing.

Jesse probably won’t have any trouble selling this place even though it isn’t the best economy right now. It’s very nice. I say we pool our money and buy it. It’s only $6,750,000.

What will we get for our millions?

-The home has been newly remodeled and has four bedrooms.

-It has a glass-enclosed lanai.  For those of you like me who do not know what this is, I looked it up and it’s a large, fancy patio of sorts.

-It has a mini-water park featuring a grotto, waterfall and waterslide. Tiki torches surround the area and go on automatically. Natch.

-The masterbath has a steam shower, custom brass jacuzzi tub and views of the Pacific for a bathing experience that can not be matched.

-There is a media/game room with a wet bar.

-It has a gourmet kitchen and another high-class, crescent-shaped granite walk-up bar.

-The garage fits three cars and has a workshop.

-There is a serious, state of the art surveillance system with multiple security cameras.

Sounds totally worth $6,750,000. Who is with me?

Jesse, for his part, has looked at places in Austin where Sandra also has a home, presumably so his kids can be closer to her.
