Jessica Alba has barely had enough time to bask in the post-baby glow since welcoming daughter Haven on August 14th. Now the celebrity mom may already feeling the pinch of pressure to get back into her pre-pregnancy Hollywood weight.
Just two weeks after Haven’s arrival, Jessica tweeted that its time to hit the gym to try to get back into shape writing, “I did my first day of wrkout since I had the baby, just cardio for 40 min. -it’s a start. Anyone else starting a fitness regimen?”
The response from her followers with their own post-pregnancy workout tips and request for Jessica to share her post-pregnancy regime flooded in. Most advised her to take her time and take baby steps when hitting the gym after baby.
