Jessica Alba shed some light (literally) on her new baby’s nursery decor when she stepped out to do some shopping in Beverly Hills today.
The “Spy Kids 4″ actress has made no secret about her intent to go eco-friendly with the nursery. Rather than opt for a whole new collection of baby items, Jessica has decided to reuse, recycle, and renovate as much as she can in the nursery design.
Earlier this summer she headed to the Rose Bowl Flea Market to stock up on furniture that she could incorporate into the baby’s room. Her new light will go perfectly with a vintage inspired decor scheme full of repurposed items!
While the nesting instinct certainly seems to have hit Jessica in the last month, she has made no secret that she is in no hurry to get the room done before the baby arrives telling US Weekly, “In the beginning the baby stays with me in the room, so you don’t need the nursery ready so soon. We’re remodeling our house, so it’s going to take a few months. I’m really taking my time.”
Whenever she eventually gets the nursery completed, we can’t wait to see some fabulous photos of her new princess’ lair!
