Can Jillian Michaels handle being a mom? Seriously! Losing weight is a breeze compared to some of the daily challenges of motherhood. Jillian Michaels can’t stand crybabies on The Biggest Loser so how will she cope with daily meltdowns from her kids?
The buff 36-year-old celeb announced this week that Season 11 would be her final one on The Biggest Loser. Jillian tweeted:
“Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last, have to finish out my contract.”
As a mom, I applaud her decision because being a mother is amazing but children can also make you completely crazy! Perhaps Jillian should start preparing for motherhood, get “in shape” for being a mom by practicing a little. Call it a “motherhood ” workout! Here are some fun ways to prep for motherhood:
Bathroom – Car Exercise
Ask your child if they have to go to the bathroom. Your child will always answer NO. Pack up child and gear in car, get on the freeway, in rush hour traffic. Two minutes after merging into the middle lane of the freeway, child announces “I have to pee! Now!”
Dress for Success – Child Style
It is 20 degrees. Your toddler decides that he/she will only wear their bathing suit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To put any other clothing on your toddler results in hours of agony for all involved. You have to go to the pediatrician, the grocery store and run by your office with a toddler who won’t get dressed. QUICK! What do you do?
