Joe Scarborough Gets Put on Time Out at MSNBCEmma Brady
For anyone hoping to get their morning fix of Joe Scarborough on Monday morning, you’re just going to have to wait! The MSNBC anchor is being put on time out for a couple of days as the network tries to present itself as the true impartial news source.
The suspension four day vacation comes hot on the heals of a similar action for Keith Olbermann last month. Both boys are being punished for political contributions they made to candidates during their tenure at the network. In Scarborough’s case, he gave $500 donations to his own brother and to three close family friends to ais in their local political campaigns in Florida. The big issue for the network isn’t the donations themselves, but the fact that neither anchor asked for permission before handing out the cash.
Look for Scarborough to be back on the air on Wednesday.
