The Google folks come up with some great, often offbeat ideas for their Google Doodle designs on the Google homepage, but today’s may win the prize as the most inspiring yet. The 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy’s inaugural address inspired today’s Google doodle, and it’s a wonderful reminder of the hope and inspiration he gave a nation that cold, snowy day in 1961. Kennedy called on his fellow Americans to help make the world a better place for others. “We shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure the survival and success of liberty,” he said.
