Josie Harris Claims Floyd Mayweather Threatened to Harm Their Kids

josie harrisBoxer Floyd Mayweather has been slapped with a temporary restraining order filed by his ex-girlfriend Josie Harris.

Harris claims that Mayweather assaulted her inside her Las Vegas home on Thursday morning and threatened their children with harm.

In her filing, Harris details the attack much of which occurred in front of their three children and reportedly included threats of intimidation aimed directly at the kids.

Keep reading to see what she says happened….

According to Josie’s statement, Mayweather had been at her home earlier on the evening in question.  He proceeded to yell at her about a new boyfriend and refused to leave upon her repeated requests.  The police were called and escorted Mayweather away from the property.

She claims that Mayweather reentered the home later through his son’s bedroom and proceeded to awaken Josie by,  “pulling me by my hair and throwing me on the ground in my living room and began punching me in my head, dragging me on the floor and twisting my arm back … in attempt to try and break it.”

At this point, Josie writes that she called to the children to call 911 and run out of the house for help.  She adds that Floyd responded by “yelling fiercly at the children as he continued to beat me in front of them that if  they ran or tried to call the police he would beat them the same way.”

She explains that the kids ultimately listened to her pleas for help and ran to the security gate for help.

Mayweather was arrested earlier today for grand larceny for items he allegedly removed from the house after the attack.  Police have reportedly recommended to the district attorney’s office that he should also be charged with battery domestic violence in relation his actions.
