Just Like Us: Celebs Who Admit to Feeling Mom-Guilt (Photos)

Kourtney Kardashian wears a pantsuit with peep toe heels as she arrives for appearance on the 'Late Show with David Letterman' with pregnant sister KimSure, she may look like the picture of confidence and self-assurance in photos like these, but inside, Kourtney Kardashian is as conflicted as the rest of us about the demands and decisions of motherhood.

She told Us Weekly the other day that making the time to stay in shape is tough when she has two young children to care for. “Sometimes I think, Why should I work out when I can spend time with my kids? I feel guilty doing something for me.”

Pushing herself to drop the pounds after having son Mason three years ago took a toll on her both physically and emotionally. She says she lost sight of her priorities, but now has them straight.

Her solution: staying home to work out. “The trainer comes over at 7 in the morning while my kids are still asleep, so I don’t have any mom guilt,” she says.

Who can’t relate to that? The mom-guilt part, I mean, not the personal-trainer-making-house-calls part. Whether it’s the pangs over holding down a full-time job or the self-loathing that washes over us when we yell or nag at our kids, guilt is as much a part of motherhood as smelly diapers, sippy cups and toys on the floor.

Take a look at our gallery to see which other famous moms admit to feeling this common emotion (and you just know that plenty of others feel the same way)!

But being a champ has its drawbacks, too. Kerri said in an interview last year that she felt guilty leaving her boys home during a two-week trip to China.
