Will Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy make it till the birth of their baby?

With just a little more than a month away from their baby’s birth, reports are surfacing that Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy are having some major disagreements about money.

A source at Star magazine says the couple was much happier before they were engaged. Apparently the Muse frontman is objecting to the proposed prenuptial agreement. Hudson who makes a significant higher salary than Bellamy has the prenup weighing in her favor.

According to ShowBizSpy.com, even the penalties for adultery are uneven:

“He would be on a payment plan of sorts, where he is allotted a certain amount of money annually… and if he cheats, he will lose everything, but if she cheats, no harm, no foul. The fighting over the pre-nup has soured the experience… they may not get married at all. They may just stay engaged, or even split up.”

Yikes, if true, it’s no wonder that Bellamy is objecting to an agreement that makes it OK for his potential wife to cheat on him. It seems the issue is more over than just money. Hudson need not rush to the altar just because the baby is coming. Countless other celebs and non-celebs have children without marriage.

What do you think? Shoud Kate get married? Should Bellamy agree to such an unfair prenup?
