Kate Hudson Bummed That Matthew Bellamy Proposed?

Would Kate Hudson Rather Be an Unmarried Mom?

Kate Hudson is looking radiant these days while pregnant with her second child with fiance, Matthew Bellamy. The couple had a whirlwind romance that wound up with a baby before the ring, but that’s how the cool kids are doing things these days.

Kate has indicated in the past that marriage isn’t all that important to her as far as being in a committed relationship goes. After all, her mother, Goldie Hawn, and Kurt Russell have been together for over 20 years and never tied the knot.

Was Kate actually a bit bummed when Matthew Bellamy put a ring on her finger?

She joked to Regis and Kelly that she thinks the term “fiance” sounds weird and added, “I like baby daddy!” Kate may have been kidding around, but it almost sounds like she was really into the whole idea of having a child with someone without being married.

Whether Kate and Matthew head to the altar before the baby arrives or wait a bit, we can’t wait to catch a glimpse of this inevitably gorgeous child!
