Kate Middleton and Prince William look-alikes made quite the stir today as they were spotted outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London, England on Friday afternoon. While I can see that gal definitely doing a good job of looking like Kate, that dude is definitely NOT Will! Try again, guys!
