Kate Middletons New Portraits: Spooky Or Spectacular? (Photos)

Kate Middleton’s first official portrait has been revealed today at the National Portrait Gallery in London, England and… um… well.

She’s pretty!

According to ABC News, artist Paul Emsley painted the pregnant duchess against his trademark black background, with over three months and a half to create. Emsley said: “I think it was the right choice in the end to have her smiling. That’s really who she is, I think.”

Take a look at our photo gallery below and tell us what do you think of the portrait. Let us know your thoughts!
