Katherine Heigl Smoking Electronic Cigarettes: Hit Or Miss? (Photos)

Puff puff: Katherine Heigl

Thank goodness actress Katherine Heigl quit smoking before she became a mother.

The fashionable mom was seen leaving Hollywood’s Katsuya restaurant puffing on an electronic cigarette. Last year Katherine told Parade magazine how she replaced regular smoking with an e-cig habit when she became a mom.

“Now I use an electronic cigarette,” she said. “I know it’s ridiculous, but it’s helping me not to actually smoke real cigarettes. You feel like you are smoking, and you get to exhale but it’s just water vapor and not nicotine. I’ve been doing it for six months. Smoking sucks!”

Katherine uses a Smokestik, a product she has endorsed, and proceeds from sales go to her dog rescue charity The Compassion Revolution.

Well, there’s a good thing she’s not smoking real cigarettes anymore: her poor daughter Naleigh would be forced to kiss the women with the worst breath in Hollywood.

Do you think electronic cigarette smoking is a good idea? Check out our photos.
