Orange is the new black, 30 is the new 20, and apparently October is the new June — at least where weddings are concerned.
Over the weekend Kelly Clarkson got married to her longtime boyfriend Brandon Blackstock in a country wedding in Tennessee. Kelly excitedly tweeted on Monday, “I’m officially Mrs. Blackstock We got married yesterday [Sunday, October 20] at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever!” And looking at the website for the local farm (which you can check out here), I think I’d have to agree. It’s gorgeous!
Kelly Clarkson isn’t the only celebrity who opted for an October wedding. Check out these other five luminaries who said “I do” in the fall instead of the more traditional June.

Danielle Fishel of Boy Meets World fame (she famously played Topanga) got married in L.A. over the weekend to Tim Belusko. The wedding was said to be "short but sweet."
And apparently being married is agreeing with her. She wrote on Twitter on Monday, "People tell you your wedding day is the most amazing day of your life. Wrong. It's actually better days later.
But she isn't the ONLY Boy Meets World star who got married over the weekend....

Boy Meets World actor Rider Strong (who played Shawn) also got hitched over the weekend! He got married to his girlfriend Alexandra Barreto "in a camp-themed ceremony in Oregon."

Pharrell Williams married his longtime girlfriend, model Helen Lasichanh, on October 12. The two tied the knot in Miami with famous friends in attendance. Us Weekly reports that "Usher and Busta Rhymes did a mini concert at the wedding." Plus their 4-year-old son Rocket was there, too!

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard 6 of 6
You can't help but totally love Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard. The two have been together for years and already have a life together as well as a baby, but they put off tying the knot until the ban on same-sex marriages was overturned. However, they weren't some huge, over-the-top nuptials for the duo. Instead they quietly had a quickie ceremony at the Beverly Hills County Clerk's Office, reportedly a spur of the moment decision.
